Awarded the National Association of Realtors®’ 30 Under 30, Connie Chung’s success began early, and time after time, she has proven her value to clients and the real estate industry as a speaker and thought leader. Connie and Willowmar consistently rank in the top 1.5% of Realtors® and teams nationwide. With strong intuition, she interprets every home as an investment, and as an investor herself, Connie empowers clients to make sound financial decisions. Through unwavering integrity, due diligence, and compassion, she’s humbled that over 90% of her company’s business comes from referrals and repeat clients.

Energetic, competitive and goal-oriented, Connie graduated from UC Berkeley on scholarship and completed a fellowship in public policy and international affairs at Princeton University. Among her experience working on political campaigns and fundraising in the nonprofit sector, Connie attributes her grit and negotiation skills to growing up as one of six kids to immigrant parents.

Connie values treating her clients and teammates with empathy, respect and a holistic understanding of their needs. She finds great fulfillment in having grown Willowmar from a small operation and takes deep satisfaction in impacting people’s lives, helping them make the most informed decisions. With a penchant for architectural homes and design, Connie and her husband have renovated a number of historic homes including an Alamo Square Victorian duplex blocks from the famous Painted Ladies in San Francisco, a craftsman house in Rockridge, Oakland, and most recently, a 4,000 sqft Monterey Colonial in San Marino, their biggest undertaking to date. Together they have two young children, Mia and Mateo, and while chasing after them, they also enjoy hosting parties and the simple pleasures of hosting friends and family for dinner.

Traveling and couchsurfing throughout Europe on my own for four months after college. Getting lost many times over taught me how to read a map like the back of my hand!

Constant Obsession

I love design and homes with architectural interest. Always on the hunt for a new project, my hubby and I have renovated a historic Victorian duplex in Alamo Square, a Craftsman home in Rockridge, and a Monterey Colonial in San Marino.
