Tiffany "Tiff" Chung brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in business consulting, healthcare, and education to the Willowmar team. She understands the process of buying or selling a home can be daunting, especially for new and growing families, and guides her clients with confidence, compassion, and grace. As a mom of three, Tiff brings the hustle, resourcefulness, and balance of parenthood to her work. Tiff graduated from Cal State Long Beach with degrees in Human Development and Asian American Studies. In between appointments, Tiff is usually exploring the vast food and boba scene in LA, sweating it out in a good spin or bootcamp class, or of course chasing after her little ones.

What is a parenting philosophy you live by?

My parenting philosophy can be summed up in one word: "Survival!" LOL but seriously, as a mom of four, my philosophy is all about embracing the chaos, rolling with the punches, and finding humor in the messiness of it all. Some days it's all about just keeping everyone alive and fed. As long as we're all somewhat laughing together along the way, I figure we're doing just fine!

What are some of your favorite SGV spots?

Bopo Mofo for solid boba, Taco Nazo for some of the best fish tacos in SGV, Lacy Park, Summer Rolls (favorite vietnamese restaurant), Newport Seafood (hands down best chinese lunch special), and Alhambra's Farmers Market every Sunday morning. (not in any particular order)

What is one lesson you would teach your 10-year old self?

If I could go back and give my 10-year-old self one piece of advice, it would be to embrace failure and see it as an opportunity for growth. Back then, I used to be so hard on myself whenever things didn't go according to plan. But now, as a mom and a realtor, I've learned that failure is just a natural part of life, and it's often where we find our greatest lessons and successes. So, I would tell my younger self to be kinder to herself, to not be afraid to take risks, and to always remember that it's okay to stumble along the way – it's all part of the journey.
