Associate Agent | San Francisco

We’re seeking an experienced San Francisco Associate Agent who’s ready to grow their business while leveraging the reputation, resources, and culture of Willowmar. This is an opportunity to align with a high-performing, boutique brokerage where every agent is supported to thrive.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years in real estate with $5–$20M in annual sales volume
• Pipeline: Proven ability to generate and nurture your own leads; eager to keep growing independently
• Market Knowledge: Experience supporting San Francisco clients across the $700K–$7M+ range (buyer-heavy experience a plus)
• Mindset: Passionate, positive, people-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Collaboration: Belief that your success is amplified by lifting up those around you
• Brand Alignment: Excited to integrate with and leverage the Willowmar brand, culture, and values
• Presence: Active and intentional on social media
