Love in Los Altos

The city of Los Altos is one-of-a-kind in the Bay Area. Comprised of beautiful, charming homes and a quaint downtown, it's reminiscent of a real-life Stars Hollow. This is a unique community where you can actually get to know your neighbors and attend various events with them, such as holiday strolls downtown, the annual picnic, and frequent the local businesses.

Willowmar is deeply committed to giving back and fostering connections within this special community. We are proud of this commitment to support our local purveyors and community through this "Love in Los Altos" partnership with our Featured Businesses.

Get to Know Me

Sam Young is a passionate RealtorⓇ who values partnership and integrity to deliver personalized solutions that exceed expectations, foster long-term relationships and help clients achieve their real estate goals. Having grown up in the Los Altos and currently living in San Francisco for the past 8 years, Sam has a strong knowledge of the unique market.

In her previous career, Sam was a Legal Strategic Program Manager for tech companies such as Uber and Meta and brings her diverse skill set to her real estate practice. When not working in real estate, you can find Sam teaching fitness classes (she’s also a certified personal trainer!), traveling the world or spending time with friends or her furbabies, Tedy and Kirby.

Do you have a fitness philosophy?
My fitness philosophy is to not focus on weight or size or what clothes you “can fit into” - it’s really about striving for a strong and healthy lifestyle. Strength doesn’t just come from physical power; it’s also mental. Being strong is all about the effort of working on yourself and focusing on progress, not perfection.

What music artists do you listen to on repeat?
I love EDM! Especially melodic bass: Illenium, Slander, Gryffin, William Black, Dabin, etc!

What’s your favorite brunch spot in San Francisco?
Kitchen Story and Son & Garden are definitely go-tos. I also love RAW Sugar Factory - it’s connected to Krua Thai so you can get thai food for breakfast too! Plus, their drinks come with gummy bears, which is always a plus! 🧸

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

She was also very informative with the negotiation and kept me up to date at all times. I had to leave out of...

He took the time to walk me through the entire process of home buying and gave me examples of the types of documentation we would need to review during the process. He also spent the time to understand my wants and nee...
